You agree that any use on the site is at your own risk and Techbroker is not responsible for it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Risk Of Loss

All items purchased from Techbroker are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

Product Description

Techbroker tries to be as accurate as possible. However, Techbroker does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Techbroker itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. 

Cancellation of Order

Techbroker reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Techbroker is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Techbroker policy or for any other reason. However, Techbroker will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

If users/customers are not responding to our calls, emails or via any communication within the 8 days from date of purchased then Techbroker.com has to right to cancel any order without any explanation.
